The Secret Cove Open is an annual collaborative disc golf event between the Bay St. George Disc Golf Association and Secret Cove Brewing Company.
The event is open to players of all ages and abilities. The objective of the event is to get people out and have fun in a friendly and relaxed environment. Many of the prizes will be draw prizes, to ensure everyone has a fair chance at winning a prize.
Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited during the playing of this event.
There will be a 19+ after party that follows the event at Secret Cove Brewery where food and drink are available.
All non-alcohol prizes will be given out prior to the after party on the field at Stephenville Disc Golf Course.

Closest to the Pin Competition

Divisions:
Novice
(For beginning and casual players who are learning basic Frisbee® and disc golf skills. Tournament results will not be highlighted for this division, nor will a winner be chosen. Players can choose whether or not they want to keep their score. Novice division prizes are still eligible for draw prizes and for winning the other games (long drive, closest to pin, putting)
Intermediate Women
(Female players who have developed basic Frisbee® and disc golf skills and have some experience.)
Intermediate
(Developing players with some experience who have improved consistency and accuracy. Throw 250-350 feet, make 5-7/10 putts from 20 feet.)
Advanced
(Tournament experienced players who have played disc golf for several years, and developed consistency. Throw 300-450 feet, make 5-7/10 putts from 25-30 feet, have different shots in their arsenal.
